Tasting Notes:
A refreshing but strong Belgian style summer ale with a rich depth of flavour from the range of malts and hops. The special Saison yeast used gives a spicy flavour and aroma that is complemented by sweetness from honey.

Silver and lead mining on the Bere Peninsula dates back to well before the 1200s.  The mines at South Hooe and North Hooe rose to prominence in the 1800s when steam power enabled seams to be worked under the river.
