We are delighted to be taking part in the Bere Alston village open gardens to raise money for the hospice on Sunday 12th June, 11am to 4pm. The brewery will be open, along with the hop garden and orchard to wander around. There are 12 other gardens open around the village, along with a few of the allotments. Entry to the day is £5 – follow the St Luke’s arrows to the centre of the village to get a map.
Do come along for a lovely and interesting day, enjoy a beer, learn about the hops, find inspiration for your own garden, all while raising money for a very worthwhile cause. How many of us know someone, or have loved ones, that either did benefit or could have benefitted from the very special care that the hospice offers?
