First a big thankyou to all who have made it out to the brewery since Christmas, braving the cold and wet for beer for some cheer at home. As ever, we are very grateful for the support to help keep the brewery going while time continue to be hard for all. Fingers crossed for the better times ahead!
Apologies to those who were hoping to catch us at the Farmers Market on March 13th or on the square on April 3rd – due to some family ‘things’ we won’t now be able to make either of those, but are looking forwards instead to the Farmers Market on Saturday 22nd May.
Meanwhile, we’ve been so pleased to have the recent dry spell, the hops are now weeded and fed ready for the season ahead, and are staring to shoot. The first of this year’s SeasonAles, Collytown Blonde, is conditioning away in it’s bottles and will be on sale in time for Easter.
And as essential supplies, we are still open for take home sales at the same times, every Saturday afternoon 3 to 5pm and every Wednesday afternoon 4.30 to 7pm. And while you’re here, you are welcome to wander down to the hops and around the orchard – not long before the apple blossom will be out – and soak up the peace and the birdsong!
